Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini claimed his team have been a victim of match referee after Samir Nasri was ruled out when the action against Norwich City in the Premier League at Carrow Road on Saturday.

Mancini was clearly not satisfied with the action of the referee, Mike Jones, who lifted his red card for arguing with the pillar Nasri Norwich defender Sebastien Bassong in the competition which saw City win 4-3.

Nasri doing so after furious with Bassong actions that do tackle him before.

"Both he (Nasri and Bassong) colliding head simultaneously, so if you (the referee) would like waving a red card, both players should apply the same action, rather than a single person.

"Assistant referees are also responsible, it is not a good decision but unusual.

"If you ordered them both off the field I can get. The referee was there, he saw it all.

"Assistant referees are at the back of the player, but he does not see it. Absolutely, we will submit an appeal, "said Mancini.

Following the red card received Nasri, City will appeal to the Football Association (FA) of England in the near future.

At the same time, Mancini admitted Nasri should blame themselves for being too angry attitude Bassong.

"I am appalled that Nasri, he has to pay the penalty, but the match referee's decision is incorrect.

"Yes, Nasri guilty of the offense but then why other players do not direct the same offense off the field?

"There are two sets of laws for different teams and this is what I hate in football and I can not accept it.

"In life, there is one law for everyone. This season, I've seen a lot of things quite well, "said Manchini
